Are you shipping products during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Yes, we are happy to announce that we are working and shipping products normally. We are following all the CDC guidelines keeping our employees in our office and warehouses safe.

Where do you ship your products from?
We have warehouses in the United States (New Jersey and California), Europe and East Asia to better assist our customer worldwide. Your product will be shipped from the closest warehouse to where you live. In rare cases when we do not have the product at the closest warehouse, we will ship it from a different warehouse but making sure to maintain the same shipping time. This way we will gain time and you won't have to wait for the product to be restocked at the closest warehouse to where you live.

How long are shipping times? 
  • 5 to 8 business days

You can track your order at any time with your personal tracking number provided to you by email when your products are shipped. In addition, we ship our products with insurance. If your package is lost or damaged, we will send you a new product.
 
Is checkout on this site safe and secure?
You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure and are SSL-encrypted to protect your data.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. 

What's your return policy?
Our refund/return policy is pretty simple: ZERO HASSLE! Buying products online can be a difficult task, so we want you to realize that there is absolute ZERO risk in buying something from us. If you have any problem with your product just contact us at sales@fascinationbaby.com letting us know what happened (please send us a photo) and we'll make it right. Please note that we do not refund orders delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic which might affect shipping times everywhere in the world. We do not have control over it. 

If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?
We do not sell our customers' information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
